1. How can I place an order?
Placing an order is simple! Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to enter your shipping information and payment details to complete the order.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order’s delivery status.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within Pakistan. We are working on expanding our international shipping services in the future.
5. Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Once an order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee any modifications or cancellations. However, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for detailed instructions.
